Any RMA request that has the return reason as "Fitment" or "Catalog Error", will require for you to first call Magnaflow's tech support line at 800-990-0905 to determine the specific issue. If the issue can not be resolved, Magnaflow's tech support will issue you a case number to be entered into this field. Please note "Fitment" implies not being able to install a part due to it's design. "Catalog error" constitutes an error in the application listing on the Magnaflow website or paper catalog. |
